These terms govern your use of learnworks.pro and of the advisory services provided by LearnWorks Education Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202101038462 (1429117-D)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at Suite 7-05, Level 7, Menara Axis, 2 Jalan 51A/223, Seksyen 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. By using the site or engaging our advisors, you accept them.

1. The nature of our service

LearnWorks provides education counselling, course and scholarship matching, and application support. Our core advisory service is provided to students free of charge; we are remunerated by partner institutions through recruitment arrangements. This remuneration does not change the fees, scholarship values or admission standards that institutions apply to you.

2. What we do not promise

Admission, scholarship and visa decisions belong to universities, award providers and immigration authorities — never to us. We promise accurate information, careful preparation and honest advice; we cannot and do not guarantee outcomes. Information about fees, entry requirements and intakes is verified against official sources at the time of advice but may be changed by institutions without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, complete information and genuine documents. Falsified academic records end our engagement immediately and may breach Malaysian law;
• Meet the deadlines your advisor communicates to you;
• Review every application before it is submitted — final approval always rests with you (and a parent or guardian where you are under eighteen);
• Pay institutional fees, test fees and visa fees directly to the bodies that charge them, unless we agree in writing to remit a payment for you.

4. Website use

The content of learnworks.pro — text, guides, graphics and code — belongs to LearnWorks and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You may share our guides freely for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit forms with false identities.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability arising from the free advisory service is limited to re-performing the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions or authorities, for losses caused by information you withheld or misstated, or for changes institutions make after advice is given.

6. Third-party links

Our site links to universities, scholarship providers and official portals. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

7. Termination

You may end an engagement at any time by writing to us; we may end one where clause 3 is breached. Either way, we return your original documents and delete data in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
