Graduate celebrating a scholarship award on stage at a Malaysian university

RM 41 million matched — and counting

Since 2019 we have matched students to more than RM 41 million in merit, bursary and sports awards. The trick is not luck; it is knowing which criteria are negotiable and which deadlines are real.

  • Merit scholarships from 25% to 100% of tuition for SPM, IGCSE, UEC and STPM leavers
  • Sibling, alumni and early-bird bursaries that stack on top of merit awards
  • Sports, arts and leadership awards that weigh more than most students think
  • Overseas awards for Malaysians, including destination-government scholarships
The process

How we secure your award

  1. Screen

Your results go into our criteria database. Out comes every award you clear at each shortlisted campus, with its true deadline.

  2. Stack

We work out which awards combine — many students leave a sibling or early-bird discount on the table without knowing it existed.

  3. Prepare

Result slips, testimonials, co-curricular records and interview prep, assembled to each provider's exact format.

  4. Submit & chase

Applications go in through our direct channels, and your advisor follows up until the award letter is in your hands.

Honest answers

What we will always tell you straight

Can every student get a scholarship?

No — and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something. What is true: most students with credits and above qualify for more than they expect, especially when awards are stacked. We will tell you your realistic range in the first session.

Do scholarships through LearnWorks pay out less?

Never. Awards are granted and paid by the institution at their published value. Our fee comes from the university's recruitment budget, which exists whether or not you use an advisor.

What if my results drop below the award criteria?

Conditional awards can be revised, not always revoked. If results day brings a surprise, your advisor renegotiates with admissions the same week — this is where having a human on your side matters most.

Are there awards for postgraduate study?

Yes. Partner universities offer merit and research scholarships for master's and PhD candidates, and several overseas destinations run government-funded schemes for Malaysian graduates.

When should I apply?

Early-bird awards at Malaysian private universities often close two to four months before intake, and overseas deadlines can be nine months out. The safe answer: talk to us the semester before your final exams.
